At Blume Box, every kit is carefully curated to give you a joyful creative experience. Since our products are DIY kits, we follow a strict quality and return policy.

1. Returns & Eligibility

  • We do not accept returns once the product is delivered.
  • Returns are only accepted if:
    • Product is damaged in transit, OR
    • You received a wrong item

2. Return Request Window

  • You must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery
  • Email us at: [your email]
  • Include:
    • Order ID
    • Clear unboxing video/photos

3. Replacement Policy

  • If approved:
    • We will provide a free replacement
  • Replacement is subject to stock availability

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only issued if:
    • Replacement is not available
  • Refund will be processed to:
    • Original payment method
    • Within 5–7 working days

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used kits
  • Customized kits
  • Minor variations (color, finish, handmade imperfections)

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled
  • If order is refused at delivery:
    • Shipping + handling charges will be deducted
