At Blume Box, every kit is carefully curated to give you a joyful creative experience. Since our products are DIY kits, we follow a strict quality and return policy.
1. Returns & Eligibility
- We do not accept returns once the product is delivered.
- Returns are only accepted if:
- Product is damaged in transit, OR
- You received a wrong item
2. Return Request Window
- You must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery

- Clear unboxing video/photos
3. Replacement Policy
- If approved:
- We will provide a free replacement
- Replacement is subject to stock availability
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only issued if:
- Replacement is not available
- Refund will be processed to:
- Original payment method
- Within 5–7 working days
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used kits
- Customized kits
- Minor variations (color, finish, handmade imperfections)
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled
- If order is refused at delivery:
- Shipping + handling charges will be deducted
